Quick installation system
The distinctive feature of the Compact modular batching plants is the special design of the modules and their coupling system, which together with the custom design ensure the required ease of installation and the flexibility for future installations. With quick electrical connectors, smart plumbing and integrated cladding, the Compact modular plants are the best solutions for tunneling, temporary sites and contracting works.
Specifications
- Aggregates storage: 2-6 (between 70 and 600cbm)
- Aggregates loading: modular bucket elevator, driveway primary hopper (16cbm with extractor belt)
- Two ways of aggregates extraction: either by conveyor belt (for slow flowing materials) or by pulsing opening of discharge gates (for flowing materials)
- Additional Modules: aggregates heating (gas, oil or electric), up to 6 additives dosing system complete storage tanks and pumps
- Additional Modules: storage and dosing facility for steel or synthetic fibers
