How to request the service
To request spare parts, you can write to service@marcantonini.com or contact the following direct numbers: +39 075 9885521 / +39 348 9038750.
The assistance department does not handle the quotation of spare parts; during an assistance session, if it is necessary to replace any parts, it will still be necessary to send in an email requesting them, to the above email address.
If MCT’s support is required during the installation or replacement of a new part, this must be arranged beforehand by sending an email to the aforementioned service email address.
