The heart of the batching plant is the mixer which is designed according to type and capacity of concrete production required by our customers.
MCT customizes the mixers in the batching plant design, taking care of every detail of the integration and connection of this core device with the batching plant.
Our commitment is to guarantee concrete production in every kind of climate situations, through an optimal mixing technology also with hot water, chiller or ice flakes.
In order to completely fullfill our customers’ request, chemicals, granulate or powders pigments, and steel, plastic or glass fibers can be added during the mixing phase.


MAO Twin Shaft Mixers have many winning features: their structure is particularly compact, designed specifically to manage large amounts of concrete, but also lightweight concretes (with expanded clay or polystyrene), bitumes (warm or cold); for the treatment of waste and chemical products; for the production of superior quality mixes, all while maintaining the costs low.

Simple and “clean”

In the MAO Twin Shaft Mixers the mixing arms layout is designed for the best prevention of deposits: the mixer stays cleaner and it is cleaned more easily.

The inside of the mixer tank is coated with wear-resistant tiles: they are fixed with screws and this makes their handling very easy and the replacement very fast.
The concomitance of the opposite directions of rotation in the overlapping area and the vertical flow generates a horizontal spiral movement which leads to a significant turbulence and a better mix of the batch in a shorter time.
